Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings or chopped peanuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  7. Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  8. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or chopped peanuts if desired.
