- 1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add the minced garlic and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and juicy.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and mix well to combine.
- Remove from heat and fold in the crumbled goat cheese and fresh basil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
