- 1 package of graham crackers
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of toffee bits
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
- Crush the graham crackers and press them into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the toffee bits gently into the whipped cream mixture.
- Spread half of the toffee cream mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips over the cream layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining graham cracker crust, toffee cream mixture, and chocolate chips.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional toffee bits if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can use chocolate graham crackers for the crust.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for convenience.
