- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and mix well.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, sour cream, salsa, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
- Add the cooked beef to the rice mixture and stir until well combined.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
- Place a generous amount of the beef and rice mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
- Serve with extra salsa or sour cream on the side.
