- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 eggroll wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Whipped cream for serving (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the chopped strawberries to the cream cheese mixture and stir gently.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto the center of each eggroll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling and seal the edges with a little water.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the eggrolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with whipped cream if desired.
Notes
- Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying to ensure crispy eggrolls.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying.
