  • 10 eggroll wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add the chopped strawberries to the cream cheese mixture and stir gently.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto the center of each eggroll wrapper.
  4. Fold the wrapper over the filling and seal the edges with a little water.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
