Instructions
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.

- In a skillet, sauté shrimp with soy sauce and rice vinegar until cooked through.
- In a mold or ring, layer sushi rice, shrimp, avocado, and cucumber.
- Press down gently to form the stack.
- Remove the mold and garnish with spicy mayo, sesame seeds, and nori strips.
