- 2 Ahi tuna steaks (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the Ahi tuna steaks with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the tuna steaks to the skillet.
- Sear the tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side for rare, or longer if desired.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a minute.
- Slice the tuna and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
