- 1 package of lasagna noodles
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the cooked lasagna noodles, followed by the pumpkin mixture, and then a layer of whipped topping.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped topping on top.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

- For a richer flavor, use homemade pumpkin puree.
