Description

Delicious cheesy breadsticks stuffed with Philly cheesesteak filling, perfect for a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and chopped steak
  • 1/2 cup sautéed onions
  • 1/2 cup sautéed bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped steak, sautéed onions, bell peppers, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise.
  4. Spread the steak mixture evenly on the cut side of the bread.
  5. Top with shredded provolone cheese.
  6. Close the bread and wrap it in aluminum foil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven, unwrap, and slice into breadsticks.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some hot sauce to the steak mixture.
  • These breadsticks can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
