Description

Delicious and easy-to-make No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bars that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • Additional Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
  6. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the pan.
  7. Top with additional crushed Oreo cookies.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Cut into bars and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use double stuffed Oreos.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
