Delicious Korean BBQ meatballs served with a spicy mayo dip, perfect for a flavorful appetizer or main dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- While meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Serve meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more sriracha to taste.
- These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen.
- Serve with rice or lettuce wraps for a complete meal.
