Delicious Korean BBQ meatballs served with a spicy mayo dip, perfect for a flavorful appetizer or main dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. While meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  7. Serve meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip on the side.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add more sriracha to taste.
  • These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen.
  • Serve with rice or lettuce wraps for a complete meal.
