Jalapeno Deviled Eggs are a spicy and flavorful twist on the classic deviled eggs, perfect for parties or as a snack.

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1–2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water, bringing it to a boil, then covering and letting them sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped jalapenos, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the number of jalapenos based on your spice preference.
- These can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- For extra flavor, consider adding a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
