- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together honey and sriracha sauce.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the honey sriracha mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the broccoli.
- Once the salmon is done, assemble the bowls with rice, broccoli, salmon, avocado, and green onions.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.

- Adjust the amount of sriracha based on your spice preference.
