Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey and sriracha sauce.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the honey sriracha mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the broccoli.
  7. Once the salmon is done, assemble the bowls with rice, broccoli, salmon, avocado, and green onions.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
