- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and stir in the parsley, chives, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise to expose the meat.
- Brush the lobster meat with the herb butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the lobster tails and brush with more herb butter, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and serve with extra herb butter on the side.
Notes
- Make sure to not overcook the lobster to keep it tender.
- Feel free to customize the herbs based on your preference.
- Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
