Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and stir in the parsley, chives, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise to expose the meat.
  4. Brush the lobster meat with the herb butter mixture.
  5. Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Flip the lobster tails and brush with more herb butter, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the grill and serve with extra herb butter on the side.
