- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated steak to the skillet and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth and oyster sauce, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
