Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs together.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third dish, place the flour.
  5. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  6. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and then coat with the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  9. While the chicken is baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  10. Once the chicken is done, drizzle the garlic sauce over the top and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
