Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Dip each salmon piece first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  7. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the salmon bites until golden brown on all sides.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  9. Serve the crispy salmon bites with the Bang Bang sauce on the side.

  • For a healthier option, bake the salmon bites instead of frying.
