- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy sauce.
