- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into nugget-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each tofu piece into the flour mixture, then into the plant-based milk, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the tofu nuggets until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
