Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and drained
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into nugget-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each tofu piece into the flour mixture, then into the plant-based milk, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  6. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
