Ingredients

- 1 block of firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the cubed tofu in olive oil and buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Spread the tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the wraps by placing lettuce, carrots, celery, and baked tofu on each tortilla.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing if desired, then wrap tightly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crunch, add sliced cucumbers or bell peppers.
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
