  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup blueberry preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then fold in the blueberry preserves.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet, then add a dollop of the blueberry cheesecake mixture on top.
  8. Use a toothpick to swirl the cheesecake mixture into the cookie dough.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  10. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
