- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef onto skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the skewers for added flavor.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or tzatziki.
