- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
- In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and fill each with the BBQ chicken mixture.
- Top with coleslaw mixture.
- Cover with the top half of the buns.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
