  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the tofu and mushrooms to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Spread the tofu and mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
