Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese until well combined.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  5. Place the rolled egg rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spray the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
