- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolled egg rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with additional buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
