  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
