Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice the Roma tomatoes in half.
  3. In a bowl, toss the tomato halves with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned tomatoes in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
