A quick and easy recipe for delicious roasted Roma tomatoes made in an air fryer in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients

- 6 Roma tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the Roma tomatoes in half.
- In a bowl, toss the tomato halves with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned tomatoes in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, then check for doneness.
- If needed, air fry for an additional 5 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
